El Tribunal Seccional de Etica Odontológica estará integrado por cinco profesionales de la odontología elegidos por el Tribunal Nacional de Etica Odontológica, de conformidad con los establecido en el artículo 63, escogidos de listas presentadas por las seccionales correspondientes, cuyo número en cada caso no podrá ser inferior a diez profesionales, salvo cuando en el respectivo territorio no existiere este número con el lleno de las calidades que más adelante se señalan.
