El presente decreto tiene por objeto establecer las reglas para la afiliación y el pago de aportes al Sistema General de Riesgos Laborales de los estudiantes que cumplen con las condiciones expresamente señaladas en el literal a) numeral 4 del artículo 13 del Decreto-ley 1295 de 1994, modificado por el artículo 2° de la Ley 1562 de 2012.
