En Cada Facultad Habrá Un Decano, Quien Será La Máxima Autoridad Ejecutiva De Ella, Bajo La Dependencia Del Director

En cada facultad habrá un Decano, quien será la máxima autoridad ejecutiva de ella, bajo la dependencia del Director. Los Decanos serán de libre nombramiento y remoción del Consejo Directivo. Para ser Decano se requiere reunir dos de las siguientes condiciones

Ser Oficial de las Fuerzas Militares, en actividad o en retiro, o civil, y, además, poseer el título académico de la profesión correspondiente a la especialidad de la respectiva facultad o escuela;

Ser profesor escalafonado de las Fuerzas Militares;

Ser profesor universitario con un mínimo de cinco años de experiencia;

Ser autor de un libro sobre materia de la respectiva profesión.
