Los precios de la lista oficial se señalarán de tiempo en tiempo, atendiendo a las condiciones del mercado y a las conveniencias de fomento de la exportación, para aquellos productos con respecto a los cuales se considere indispensable hacerlo, por un comité integrado los Ministros de Hacienda y de Fomento, el Gerente del Banco de la República, el Gerente de la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros y el Director del Departamento Administrativo de Planeación y Servicios Técnicos.
