Art 10. En los puertos de San Andrés y San Luis de Providencia se cobrara un impuesto a los buques que allí fondeen a razón de diez centavos por tonelada de registro, según la respectiva patente, que deberá estar certificada por el Agente, por el que el Poder Ejecutivo disponga.

Este derecho será cobrado por el Administrador de Hacienda nacional, quien prestara una fianza de dos mil pesos ($ 2.000).
