Reglamento de suscriptores. Los operadores de servicios de telecomunicaciones que utilicen sistemas de acceso troncalizado, deberán ceñirse al reglamento de suscriptores que expida el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, y su contenido deberá ponerse en conocimiento de la organización del operador y de sus usuarios, con el fin de garantizar su aplicación en las relaciones con sus suscriptores y en la prestación del servicio.
