En caso de que sea necesario aumentar el capital de la sociedad, el Gobierno queda también autorizado para suscribir y pagar el valor correspondiente al aumento, de tal manera que el interés de la Nación en la sociedad se conserve en la proporción indicada en el Artículo 1o de esta Ley. Para tal efecto se autoriza al Gobierno para abrir los créditos y hacer las operaciones financieras para el cumplimiento de esta Ley.
