Cuando un medio de transporte, sea aprehendido en aplicación de lo dispuesto en el artículo 47 de la Ley 30 de 1986, la autoridad correspondiente levantará de inmediato un acta, copia de la cual se enviará al Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes con oficio informativo y otra se dejará en poder de la persona que conduzca el medio de transporte.
