Apertura de cuenta de ahorro individual para Beneficios Económicos Periódicos BEPS en el Piso de Protección Social. La administradora del Servicio Social Complementario de Beneficios Económicos Periódicos (BEPS) deberá crear una cuenta de ahorro individual para cada persona que se encuentre afiliada en el Régimen Subsidiado del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, una vez se realice el primer aporte al Piso de Protección Social.

Parágrafo Transitorio

Las personas objeto del presente capítulo, que se encuentren afiliadas al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud en el régimen contributivo o a un régimen especial, en calidad de beneficiarios, mantendrán su afiliación al sistema de salud en esa condición o en los términos en que se defina una vez se reglamente el artículo 242, de la Ley 1955 de 2019, y serán vinculados obligatorios o voluntarios, según corresponda, al Piso de Protección Social.
