La administración del Hospital San Antonio, de Gigante, a partir de la vigencia esta Ley 158 de 1938 , en su artículo 5o., para la construcción del nuevo hospital. Los saldos no gastados de todos los auxilios que reciba el Hospital San Antonio, de Gigante, en cada vigencia fiscal, pasaran a formar parte de los fondos destinados a la construcción del nuevo hospital.
