Quedan modificadas las disposiciones contrarias al presente Decreto, especialmente el ordinal b) del artículo 1º, y los artículos 36, 42 y 47 del Decreto número 1910 de 1942, y expresamente derogados los artículos 3º, 6º; 7º, 8º, 9°, y el inciso segundo del artículo 17 del Decreto 1304 de 1945.
