Los recursos de esta línea se destinarán a financiar todas las inversiones relacionadas con estudios y diseños, construcción, reconstrucción, reparación, interventoría, mejoramiento, ampliación y equipamiento en el sector de Agua y Saneamiento Básico, así como aquellos nuevos planes, programas o políticas que se implementen por el Gobierno Nacional en el Sector de Agua y Saneamiento Básico.
