Rehabilitación del profesional excluido. El ingeniero excluido de la profesión podrá ser rehabilitado por el Consejo Nacional, luego de haber transcurrido un lapso de cinco años desde la ejecutoria del acto que ordeno la exclusión y siempre que el Consejo Nacional considere que el profesional sancionado observó una conducta con suficiente idoneidad moral para ser reintegrado a la profesión.
