Suprímanse las Secciones de la misma Policía Nacional acantonada en Quibdó y San Andrés y Providencia, y autorizase al Gobierno para crear y organizar, cuando lo estime conveniente en las Intendencias Nacionales y Comisarias Especiales, un Cuerpo de Policía para cada una de ellas, por cuenta de las partidas que para personal y material figuran en el Presupuesto.

Estos Cuerpos de Policía serán de las Intendencias y Comisarias y prestaran además el servicio de Policía de Fronteras.
