Constituye falta contra la moral y las buenas costumbres: -Observar en la vida pública o privada conducta contraria a la moral y a las buenas costumbres de tal manera que se afecte el orden, la disciplina. y la tranquilidad en el Departamento o la eficiencia y rendimiento en el trabajo del empleado.
