Los miembros del Consejo tendrán la misma remuneración de los Viceministros del Despacho, serán de libre nombramiento y remoción del Presidente de la República y quedan incluídos dentro de las excepciones a que se refiere el artículo 29 del Decreto 2400 de 1968 según modificación del Decreto 3074 de 1968.
