El Alcalde de Bogotá, tendrá un. Secretario de Gobierno, uno de Hacienda y otro de Obras Públicas. El Secretario de Hacienda será por delegación del Alcalde, el ordenador de los gastos municipales de acuerdo con el presupuesto que vote el Concejo y tendrán voz pero no voto en sus deliberaciones.
