Las donaciones en dinero que reciban personas naturales o jurídicas que participen en la ejecución y desarrollo de proyectos aprobados por el Fondo Multilateral del Protocolo de Montreal, a través de cualquier agencia ejecutora, bilateral o multilateral, estarán exentas de toda clase de impuestos, tasas, contribuciones o gravámenes del orden nacional.
