El artículo 161 de la Constitución Nacional quedará así:
La Corte Suprema de Justicia y el Consejo de Estado serán paritarios. Igualmente lo será el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura.
A los otros cargos de la rama jurisdiccional se ingresará de acuerdo con las normas que reglamenten la carrera judicial.
