ARTICULO 16 . Los Certificados expedidos en las Seccionales, para que tengan validez en todo el Territorio Nacional, se deberán enviar a Bogotá por intermedio del respectivo Jefe Seccional en caso de utilizarse el trámite interno. De lo contrario el peticionario deberá encargarse de este trámite.
