El Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar -ICBF- reconocerá a las Cajas recaudadoras por concepto de gastos de administración, hasta el medio por ciento (1/2%) del total de los valores recaudados y éstas quedan autorizadas para descontar de los dineros recaudados el valor correspondiente al porcentaje determinado.
