Para el cumplimiento de la presente Ley, el Gobierno hará incluir en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia el crédito necesario, y si así no sé hiciere, se tomarán las cantidades que se requieran de la partida global asignada para el arreglo de los puertos nacionales.
