Datos para el SOGCS. Las EAPB, las Direcciones Departamentales y Distritales de Salud y los Prestadores de Servicios de Salud, están obligados a generar y suministrar los datos requeridos para el funcionamiento del SOGCS, de conformidad con las directrices que imparta el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social establecerá los indicadores de calidad del SOGCS que serán de obligatorio reporte por parte de las instituciones obligadas al cumplimiento del presente Título.
