Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el artículo 17 de la Ley 643 de 2001, la relación que debe guardar la emisión de billetería con respecto a las ventas, deberá garantizar el pago de premios, la transferencia de la renta mínima del 12% de los ingresos brutos de cada juego y el cubrimiento de los gastos de operación y administración.
