Del registro sanitario. Para la obtención del registro sanitario de medicamentos biológicos se debe contar con la aprobación de las evaluaciones, farmacológica, farmacéutica y legal. La evaluación farmacológica es función privativa de la Sala Especializada, conforme a lo dispuesto en el presente acto. Para la aprobación de las evaluaciones farmacéutica y legal, el Invima tendrá en cuenta los requisitos establecidos en el presente decreto y en los artículos 24 y 31 del Decreto número 677 de 1995, o la norma que lo modifique, adicione o sustituya. El Invima continuará con el trámite de registro sanitario, únicamente si la Sala Especializada emite concepto favorable sobre la evaluación farmacológica.
