Decreto 1365 de 1986 · Por el cual se reglamentan las Leyes 182 de 1948 y 16 de 1985 sobre la propiedad horizontal

Si convocadas las Asambleas a que se refiere el artículo anterior éstas no se llevan a cabo por falta de quórum, se citará a otra reunión dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes. En esta última oportunidad, la Asamblea podrá deliberar con un número plural de propietarios que represente por lo menos el cincuenta por ciento (50%) del total de coeficientes del edificio o conjunto y decidir con la mitad más uno de los votos presentes.

Parágrafo

Los representantes, apoderados o mandatarios de los propietarios debidamente constituidos, no podrán designar delegados ni votar dicho sometimiento sino cuando se manifieste expresamente tal circunstancia en el documento de representación o poder.
