El artículo 5° del Decreto 1639 de 1946, quedará así: De conformidad con lo establecido en el ordinal a) del artículo 3° de la Ley 71 de 1945, el seguro por muerte se liquidará en la misma forma que el auxilio de cesantía, teniendo en cuenta que el monto del seguro en ningún caso será inferior al sueldo promedio de un año.
