Las cédulas que los Bancos o las Secciones Hipotecarias hayan emitido hasta la fecha de la vigencia de esta Ley, en condiciones distintas de las expresadas en el artículo anterior, deberás ser amortizadas por cuartas partes, en el término de dos años, contados desde la misma fecha, a menos que dentro de ese término las sustituyan por otras que reúnan tales condiciones. Durante este término podrá el Gobierno, si lo estima necesario continuar recibiendo dichas cédulas en las oficinas de Hacienda
