° Las Oficinas de Control de Cambios podrán otorgar licencias de importación reembolsables en divisas extranjeras a la tasa oficial de cambio, para la introducción, con destino al territorio de la Intendencia del Amazonas, de aquellas mercancías cuyo pago se venía efectuando con monedas extranjeras representadas por Certificados de Cambio.
