El Procurador General de la Nación, mediante concepto fundado en pruebas, pedirá la remoción de todo empleado nacional, departamental o municipal que apareciere como inepto, desidioso o afectado por otra causa que lo imposibilite para el debido desempeño del cargo. La petición la hará a la autoridad de quien dependa el nombramiento y ésta deberá prestar atención a la solicitud del Procurador. TITULO XIV DEL CONTROL FISCAL.
