Contratos con empresas de transporte colectivo . Las Empresas de Transporte Público Terrestre Automotor Especial, debidamente habilitadas, podrán suplir deficiencias de parque automotor de las empresas regulares del Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Automotor por Carretera en períodos de alta demanda o por deficiencias de equipo, previo contrato escrito, suscrito con la empresa de transporte por carretera bajo la exclusiva responsabilidad de esta última. Copia de dicho contrato se entregará al Ministerio de Transporte y a la Superintendencia de Puertos y Transporte. CAPITULO II Distintivos y requisitos especiales
