En ningún caso se considerará como capital importado el que las personas naturales o jurídicas tienen la obligación de reintegrar al país en virtud de disposiciones legales, ni el destinado al sostenimiento de residentes, y por lo tanto no tendrán tampoco derecho al depósito especial autorizado en el artículo anterior.
