° Las comisiones a los Ingenieros de que trata el artículo anterior deberán ser autorizadas previamente por el Ministro de Obras Públicas o por el funcionario a quien, mediante resolución, delegue esta atribución, y en la referida autorización se indicarán el término y el objeto de la comisión. Comuníquese y publíquese.
