Artículo único. Apruébase el Tratado por el cual se fijan definitivamente los límites en una parte de la frontera entre Colombia y el Brasil, y se estípula la libre navegación del Amazonas y otros ríos colombiano - brasileños; Tratado suscrito en esta capital el 24 de Abril del presente año entre Su Excelencia el señor General don Alfredo Vázquez Cobo, Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de la República de Colombia, y Su Excelencia el señor doctor don Eneas Martina, Ministro Residente del Brasil en Misión especial ante el Gobierno de Colombia.
