La deuda nueva se amortizará por el sistema de remates. Al efecto, se destina la suma anual de novecientos mil pesos ($900.000), la que se considerará dividida en cincuenta unidades iguales, y, sacada á remate por duodécimas partes en cada mes, se distribuirá entre los documentos emitidos y que se emitan, en las proporciones siguientes: Para las órdenes de pago por ajustamientos militares, diez unidades 10Para los demás documentos de que trata el artículo 3º de esta ley, cuarenta unidades 4050
