Facúltase al Gobierno Nacional para que en el decreto orgánico de la presente Ley, reglamente el ejercicio de las profesiones de odontólogos, veterinarios, homeópatas, farmacéuticos, comadronas y enfermeros, procurando que el espíritu de la reglamentación guarde armonía con la que al ejercicio de la medicina se da por la presente Ley.
