Art. 55. Es un deber de los Notarios y Secretarios de los Juzgados y de las Corporaciones, lo mismo qua de todos los empleados públicos dar á los Cabildos ó Juntas de indígenas, copia certificada de los títulos constitutivos de sus Resguardos y de los documentos relacionados con ello. Estos certificados se extenderán en papel común, y no causarán derechos de ninguna especie.
