Art. 112. El Magistrado sustanciador presentará proyecto de sentencia á la Sala dentro de los veinte días siguientes á la terminación de la audiencia.

Dicho proyecto llevará nota del Secretario del Tribunal, en que conste la fecha de la presentación.
