La autoridad nominadora no podrá efectuar nombramientos de docentes de tiempo completo, en favor de personas que estén percibiendo remuneraciones por el desempeño de otro cargo de igual dedicación. Para la posesión deberá aportar declaración juramentada ante juez o notario, de no estar vinculado de tiempo completo en otra entidad de cualquier orden.
