Disuelta la Empresa se procederá a su liquidación de conformidad con lo estatuido en las leyes vigentes. Hará la liquidación la persona designada para ello por la Junta General de Socios, por si la Junta no hiciera la designación del liquidador será cumplida por quien ejerza en ese momento la Gerencia de la Empresa.
