De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 3° del decreto número 273 de 19 de Abril anterior, las monedas de cobre legítimas se cambiarán en los términos de dicho decreto, en la Administración principal de Hacienda ó de Correos de la respectiva capital de los Departamentos, dentro de sesenta días después de recibido en cada una de éstas el Diario Oficial en que se publique el presente decreto.
