Artículo segundo. El cobro de las sumas de que trata el presente Decreto, su manejo, inversión y las cuentas que deban rendirse a la Contraloría Genera de la República, estarán a cargo de los respectivos Tesoreros de las Asociaciones Colombianas de Ciclismo y Atletismo.
