Artículo único . Los viáticos de los Inspectores del Trabajo serán fijados en cada caso particular por resolución del Ministerio de Industrias, teniendo en cuenta el valor de los transportes y el costo de la vida en distintas regiones del país. Queda reformado en estos términos en el artículo 2° del Decreto número 838, de fecha 8 de mayo último. Comuníquese y publíquese.
