De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 96 de la Ley 09 de 1983, y con base en la certificación expedida por la Superintendencia Bancaria, la tasa de Interés moratorio para efectos tributarios que regirá entre el 1º de marzo de 1986 y el 28 de febrero de 1987, será del cuarenta y seis por ciento (46%) anual, el cual se liquidará diariamente.
