Amonestación.

Multas.

Suspensión de matrículas, licencias, habilitaciones, registros o permisos de operación conforme al artículo 47 de la Ley 336 de 1996.

Cancelación de matrículas, licencias, habilitaciones, registros o permisos de operación conforme al artículo 48 de la Ley 336 de 1996.

Inmovilización o retención de los vehículos conforme al artículo 49 de la Ley 336 de 1996. CAPITULO I Sanciones a las empresas
