Cuando la propuesta se haga por escrito deberá ser aceptada o rechazada dentro de los seis días siguientes a la fecha que tenga la propuesta, si el destinatario reside en el mismo lugar del proponente; si reside en lugar distinto, a dicho término se sumará el de la distancia.
