ARTICULO 103 . Asignaciones de comisiones colectivas. En las comisiones colectivas de cualquier género, la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, fijará la partida global para los gastos de viaje, lo mismo que los correspondientes viáticos y gastos de representación, si fuere el caso; si la comisión colectiva se realizare fuera del país, estas partidas serán fijadas de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia.
