Por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro se harán oportunamente las liquidaciones a que haya lugar para fijar los cómputos de los Presupuestos de 1907, teniendo siempre en cuenta la prohibición que el artículo 4º, del Decreto legislativo número 5 de 1906 (19 de Enero) hace al Poder Ejecutivo de abrir créditos supleméntales o extraordinarios.
