Los empleados que fueron inscritos en la carrera administrativa y el 31 de diciembre de 1987 ocupaban un cargo de carrera de superior categoría a aquél en que estaban escalafonados, sin haberse cumplido para su reubicación los mecanismos de carrera podrán solicitar su inscripción de acuerdo con los artículos 3º o 4º, según el caso.
