Art. 3. ° El manejo de la quinta i direccion de las operaciones de aclimatacion estarán a cargo de un Profesor de Agricultura que el Poder Ejecutivo contratará en el estranjero o en el pais, sin perjuicio de la facultad que se reserva el Gobierno para intervenir en la direccion de las operaciones indicadas i en el manejo de la Quinta.
